What types of devices can my power station charge?

The portable power station can charge all kinds of devices such as Projector, Car mini fridge, Blender, Electric drill, Coffee maker, Electric grill, Drone, Rice cooker, Induction cooktop, Air conditioner, Electric kettle, Laptop, Cell phone, Desk lamp, CPAP, Tablet, Gopro, Speaker, TV screen, camera, etc.

How long can I use my Ecoplay portable power station to power my devices?

1. First, you need to check out your device's operating power (measured by watts). If it is less than the output power of your EP2400's AC port, it can be supported by the EP2400.
For example, the Ecoplay power station EP2400 can run AC devices at 110V and less than 2400W.
2. Then, you can calculate the working time with the following formula: Working time = EP2400's Watt-Hours * 0.85 / operating power of your device. Example:
Let's assume your device's power consumption is 700W (might be a microwave), and you want to use the EP2400 to run your device.
2048Wh*0.85/700w = Roughly 2.49 hours, the screen will show 2 hours. The screen shows actual minute when it is below 100minutes. Above 100mins below 2.5 hours will show 2 hours. Above 2.5 Hours will show 3 hours.
The data is theretical lab data. Please note the actual power consumption varies based on many factors.

Can I use a third party solar pannel to charge my Ecoplay power station?

Ecoplay power stations can be charged with a third-party brand solar panel. You must match the plug size and input voltage of the Ecoplay Power Station you are trying to charge.
For example, third party solar panels for the Ecoplay EP2400 should have the following specs:
1. The voltage must be between 11.5-50V
2. We included an Anderson to MC4 cable in standard package that can be used to connect the Anderson port on the machine, you can connect to solar panels with this cable
3. Note: We can't, however, recommend other brand products to recharge your Ecoplay power station. As we can't guarantee the safety and quality of those products or provide after-sale service for them. It is highly recommended that you purchase the matching Ecoplay solar panel(s) for your Ecoplay EP2400.

Do Ecoplay portable power station support UPS for uniterrupted power?

Yes, all Ecoplay portable power stations supports UPS function. But please perform multiple tests to confirm compatibility before connecting such devices as data servers and workstations with Ecoplay. Ecoplay will not be responsible for any loss of data or equipment damage caused by customers’ failure in following the instructions.

How do I track my order?

1. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps:
1). Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website.
2). Click "order status"
3). Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at support@global-ecoplay.comimmediately after you have purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. Once we have shipped your order, you cannot cancel or modify your order. Customized orders must be cancelled within 24 hours. Orders with Express Shipping cannot be cancelled.

How to pay unpaid order?

You may refer to following steps to go to pay for your order.
1. Login to your account and click "My Orders".
2.Find the unpaid order, click "Proceed to pay" to go to the Checkout Page.

When will I receive my orders?

Average Shipping Times = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: 1 - 2 Business Days
Shipping Time: 3 - 7 Business Days

What is your return policy?

Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
•Must be in resalable condition
•Must be free from scratches and/or defects
•Must not have been installed
•Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
•Must not have any writing on the original packaging •Must not be missing pieces
•Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Customized items couldn't be returned.

Where is my refund?

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.
It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.
For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.
All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, please Contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I returned the package. When can I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
